Gene G. Wright - Partner Gene G. Wright is a founding partner in Dmyterko & Wright Partners with over 30 years of retail industry experience. He founded the NorthStar Advisory Group, a real estate consulting firm in 1999 and was former Senior Managing Director for Retail Services at CB Richard Ellis. As an associate partner at Accenture, Gene's responsibilities included The Retail Place, Accenture's global research and development center for retail strategies located in Chicago, IL in addition to client engagement work.
Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Wright was Chief Operating Officer at The Warehouse Club. He also served as Vice President, Food Purchasing and Director of Operations at Cincinnati, OH-based Makro, Inc. (an acquired subsidiary of Kmart) and was part of a Netherlands based management team that helped to establish the warehouse club concept in the United States in the early 1980s.
Mr. Wright has been involved in a significant number of real estate related projects for major retailers and developers over the past several years including RadioShack, AT&T Wireless, The Limited, Home Depot, Bridgestone Firestone, Fazoli's, Crosland and Commercial Net Lease Realty among others, specializing in multi-market store expansion and development activities to help achieve aggressive store opening goals.
He has been a featured speaker at retail conferences in North and South America, Europe and Japan, and while at Accenture, participated in the development of retail globalization strategies and retailing best practices.

Alex Dmyterko - Partner Alex Dmyterko is a founding partner in Dmyterko & Wright Partners who has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. He has developed over 100 retail projects in the US and Puerto Rico, and acquired more than $500 million in investment properties.
Mr. Dmyterko is the former President of Crosland's Retail Division, the largest development company in the Carolinas, and of Commercial Net Lease Realty Services (NYSE: NNN) in Orlando, FL, a $1 billion REIT and the nation's largest retail build-to-suit development company.
At Crosland, he oversaw the development of $250 million in projects and expanded the company's business from Charlotte through the entire southeast. Of particular interest is his involvement in the development of Birkdale Village, a $90 million mixed-use project encompassing retail, multi-family, office and single family components. At Commercial Net Least Realty, Mr. Dmyterko dramatically expanded national development. Achievements include the launch of NorthStar Advisory Group, a wholly owned subsidiary specializing in retail real estate consulting, CorpRex, a joint venture with First Union that acquires real estate from corporate clients on a sale-leaseback basis, and Restores, a joint venture with Goldman Sach's Whitehall Funds, which purchased 26 vacant Service Merchandise stores from bankruptcy and redeveloped them.
Prior to joining CNLRS, Mr. Dmyterko served for 10 years with Trammell Crow Company as Managing Director of the Midwest retail region, and where he was founder of Trammell Crow BTS, which developed retail properties nationwide.
He has forged or managed partnerships that include Crow Family Trust, Goldman Sachs Whitehall XI Fund, First Union, Faison Associates and Childress Klein and managed relationships with such nationwide customers as Eckerd Drug, Walgreen's, OfficeMax, Harris Teeter, AT&T Wireless, Builders Square, Lowe's and Best Buy. Mr. Dmyterko began his career with Proctor & Gamble.

Michael Vidmar Michael Vidmar is the financial controller for Dmyterko & Wright Partners. He manages the financial operations of Dmyterko & Wright including the sourcing of over $80 million in retail real estate project debt and equity, construction draw management, and financial pro forma preparation. Additionally, Michael manages Dmyterko & Wright's banking relationships including: Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, MB Financial, Associated Bank, and Old Second Bancorp. Prior to Dmyterko & Wright, Michael worked for Jones Lang LaSalle where he was involved in the financial privatization of multi-family housing on behalf of the Department of the Army. Pursuant to the Military Housing Privatization Initiative, Michael helped produce a 50 year Community Development and Management Plan which outlined the privatization of 925 homes at historic Fort Sam Houston. The plan outlines the construction, property operations, management and finances for the Army installation as it functions as an integral part for medical training for all military branches.
Michael graduated from Dartmouth College with degrees in Economics and Religion. Additionally, Michael serves as the Vice President of the Dartmouth Club of Chicago and is an avid soccer player.
